​Shardul Kadam is a dynamic artist, intuitive writer and a master storyteller, an amalgamation of talents that set him apart amongst the contemporary. A child prodigy born to a brilliant aesthetician, painter, writer, musician Sambhaji Kadam and equally vibrant artist, writer Jyotsna Kadam, Shardul is a thinking artist. He is an alumni of one of the finest and older art institutes in India, sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai (2007), and has superior skills in a multitude of mediums like oil, acrylic, water, pastels. His stronghold is his beautiful nonchalant line, which unfolds the narratives emerging from Shardul’s deep incessant observations of the world around; observations with an eye of intense awareness of the contemporary with an inert understanding of history mingled with deep love for beauty.
